Cefn Fforest Miners’ Welfare Hall Charity will be holding the charity’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 16th April at 6pm, in Cefn Fforest Miners’ Institute
After six years hard work we will, for the first time, be holding our AGM in the the building we have been working towards restoring all this time, our beloved ‘Stute’
The meeting will be proceeded by a pubic meeting, where anyone can come and hear about the progress we have made in recent years, plans for the future, and ask questions. Whilst the main function room is the only part of the building currently open to the public, we have recently secured significant funding that will take us a big step forward towards reopening more of the building – details to be announced shortly.
Once the public meeting is over, there will be members only meeting that will be able to vote on key issues, including the nomination of Trustees for the next year.
MEMBERSHIP DUE: Current membership of the charity will expire at the AGM. Current members and new members will be invited to renew/join for first time. Membership fee is £10 per annum.
